  6. Once our team verifies and approves the replacement, we'll swiftly proceed with the process. Please keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charge for the replacement, even if the initial purchase qualified for free shipping.   8. Please note that replacement or exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
    Once our team verifies and approves the request, we will proceed with the replacement. Kindly note that the shipping charge of Rs 300 for replacement or exchange will be borne by the customer, even if the original order was shipped free of cost.

Refund Policy:

  2. We kindly inform our valued customers that all sales are final. Although we thoroughly inspect every product before shipping, if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to assist with a exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please note that returns and refunds are not available. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help with any concerns before or after your purchase.
  3. If you exchange a wallet for a product of lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as a credit note or discount coupon. This credit note / coupon will have 1 year validity and can be used for future purchases on our website.
  4. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you.
  5. If your payment method was through online transactions, we will initiate the refund to the same payment method used during the purchase.
  6. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we will notify you through message or email to arrange an alternative solution.
